ABOUT RESET: ON SITE MASSAGE THERAPY

Afton Harris, LMT, CEIM  has been in the health and wellness field since 2006.  After completing her National Certification for Massage and Bodywork and her International Certification as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor she was given the honor to work with the world renowned Pine Grove Women’s Center located in Hattiesburg, MS where she used massage therapy, guided imagery, progressive muscle relaxation, aroma therapy and many other modalities to teach those struggling with addiction- alcoholism, chemical dependency, self-harm behaviors and eating disorders, positive stress coping skills.  She considers this opportunity a tremendous growth experience and a huge honor to work with both the women courageous enough to face their addictions and the staff who taught her  how to find the beauty and strength in herself and her clients.

She currently holds certification nationally with NCBTMB and licensure with the Alabama State Board of Massage Therapy.  She also served as an instructor for the prestigious Madison School of Massage Therapy leading classes in the area of allied modalities.  Afton, her husband Patrick, their sons Taylor and Rex and daughter Hallie live in Huntsville, Alabama and enjoy an active life full of family and friends.
